Asian Style "Cabbage" Rolls (Baked OverStuffed Pork and Cabbage Egg Rolls)

HI! Sorry for the confusing name recipe name but its the best way to describe such an awesome thing.
I was planing on making regular egg rolls then i saw you could bake them instead of frying them.

Ingredients:
Egg Roll Wrappers

1 Small head of Cabbage or half a medium (or Less) (Organic if possible) Shredded
1lb Ground Pork (or More) Cooked and pressed with paper towels.
1 Large Carrot (cut to small match sticks)
Mix together

Mix following Ingredients
4T Mirin
4T Soy Sauce (I used light soy but you can use regular)
4T Rice Wine Vinegar
1T Sesame Oil or Wok Oil
After mixing combine with Meat Mixture in a large bowl
Mix until Cooled down

Prepare Egg Roll wrapper on cutting board
Wet on one edge liberally
With a large Slotted Spoon being careful to squeeze extra liquid out of the mixture
Put a large spoonful into the center of each one
Roll halfway then bring them sides over and finish rolling
Place each one on a greased cookie sheet
I was able to fit make/fit 15 on one sheet
Bake for 10-20 minutes at 400F or until nice and crispy

Sorry for no picture as soon as they were out of the oven they were gone.
Serves 5 Hungry People :^)

Hope you Enjoy I know i did!!!
