Not feel that well today so here is something easy.
Baked Sweet Potatoes
4 Large Sweet Potatoes
Spray oil
Salt and Pepper
Pre Heat Oven or Convention Toaster Oven to 400 degrees
Wash and scrub the Sweet Potatoes
Dry off and prick all over with a fork
Spray down pan and spray the Sweet Potatoes all over
Sprinkle Salt and Pepper all over the Sweet Potatoes
Bake for 1 Hour
Serve with butter and sour cream or butter, Cinnamon and sugar
This same recipes works for regular potatoes.
