Turkey Broth

Thanksgiving was great!!! And i had plenty of time yesterday to make broth out of the rest of the turkey.

Turkey Broth Pressure Cooker

1 Turkey carcass meat pulled off
3 yellow onions
6 stalks of celery
2 hand fulls of baby carrots or cooked carrots from thanksgiving dinner
2 bay leaves
6 sprigs of thyme
salt and pepper
10 cups of water

Combine all in a 2 gallon pressure cooker
Turn on high then lower once pressure is achieved
Cook for 1 hr
Turn off heat and let naturally depressurize
Once it cooled down enough put it in the fridge
when it cools more skim the fat off the top then it is ready to use
