French Dips My Way

/This was going to be posted last night but i got super tired fast. haha
Super easy recipe.

3 lbs beef roast (cubed)
4 cups beef broth
2 french loafs of bread
salt + pepper
Cheese if you like
(potatoes on the side, small whole potatoes with 2 cups water pressure cooked for 12 minutes then depressurized drained and smashed)


Brown cubes beef in pressure cooker
once browned season with salt and pepper
add 2 cups of beef broth then secure lid
Raise heat to high
Lower heat when pressure is reached
cook for 20 minutes
then depressurize and drain meat

Heat up the other 2 cups of broth and put into bowls for dipping

Cut loafs down then add cheese if you want then stuff with meat and dip in broth

Everyone else i made this for put a layer of mashed potatoes on theirs.
