Pressure Cooked Salisbury Steak

I had this awesome creation for dinner. So I thought i would share it with you!!!

Pressure Cooked Salisbury Steak

4 6oz Ground beef patties (Ground turkey, chicken, veal or lamb can be used too)

1.5 lbs Potatoes (Peeled and cut into quarters)
1lbs baby carrots
3 celery stalks (cut into 1 inch pieces)
2 cups Beef Broth

1T cornstarch + 1T cold water (mixed)
Salt and Pepper (for seasoning at the very end)

Sear Beef Patties and put to the side 

Layer potatoes, carrots and celery
Add broth

Put seared beef patties on top
Secure lid 
Turn heat to high until pressure is achieved
Lower heat and maintain pressure

After 10 minutes Depressurize
Drain liquid into a small sauce pan
Add cornstarch mixture
stir and heat til boiling
Then stir until thickened

Serve with vegetables on the bottom, the patty on top with salt, pepper and some sour cream on the side.
