Ruby Tuesday

So before Mega Mind 3D last night I went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner. Being health conscious like I am I've always been concerned  with this restaurant because of the commercials on TV for them.
They have changed their menu from before and now it has healthier options that gives me plenty of choices to stay within my calorie allowance (how many calories i should have a day or per meal, i stick to 800 calories or less for dinner) which is always a good thing. :^)

I got
Memphis Dry Rub Half-Rack for 460 calories
White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes for 169
and Fresh Grilled Green Beans  45For a total of 674 Calories

It was a great meal. :^)

Here are the best sides dishes to order, you get to choose 2 with most meals.
My choice was Green Beans and White Cheddar Mash Potatoes.  176 Calories.
For the lowest get just veggetables but typically you eat a starch and veggie with a protein so any of the last 3 with any of the first 5.
